How long does delivery take within the UK?

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with your tracking details.
2. Total Delivery Timeline (Processing + Shipping Included)We provide Insured & Tracked Shipping to ensure your package reaches you safely. The total time from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep is as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 8–19 Business Days (Total Time)
  • United States: 8–19 Business Days (Total Time)
  • Germany: 8–19 Business Days (Total Time)

Note: This timeline includes our 1–3 business days order processing and packing time. You will not have to wait extra days beyond this estimate.Note: These are estimated delivery times. During peak seasons (like Q4/Christmas) or due to customs delays, shipping may take a few extra days.
3. Tracking Your OrderOnce your package has been shipped, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website through our "Track Your Order" page. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
4. Customs, Duties, and TaxesEverycarto is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Most small orders to the UK, USA, and Germany typically do not incur extra customs charges.
5. Incorrect AddressIt is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply to send it again.
6. Lost or Damaged PackagesIf your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately atsupport@everycarto.shopwith clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging. If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a free replacement or resolution for you.



What is your return&refund policy?

1. 14-Day Returns & ReplacementsYou have 14 days from delivery to request a return or replacement.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect ItemsIf your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not working as expected:

  • Contact us within 14 days at support@everycarto.shop with your order number and clear photo/video proof.
  • Resolution: We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us.
  • Items damaged due to misuse are not covered.

3. Change of Mind ReturnsIf you no longer want the item:

  • It must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Returns Process

  • We will provide the correct return address.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
