1. 14-Day Returns & Replacements
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or replacement.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not working as expected:
  • Contact us within 14 days at support@everycarto.shop with your order number and clear photo/video proof.
  • Resolution: We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us.
  • Items damaged due to misuse are not covered.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you no longer want the item:
  • It must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Returns Process
  • Contact us at support@everycarto.shop before sending any item back.
  • We will provide the correct return address.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
