1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with your tracking details.
2. Total Delivery Timeline (Processing + Shipping Included)
We provide Insured & Tracked Shipping to ensure your package reaches you safely. The total time from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep is as follows:
  • United Kingdom (Standard Shipping): 8–19 Business Days (Total Time)
Important Note for Fast Express Shipping:
While our standard delivery takes 8-19 days, we offer faster 7 to 13-day shipping for specific fast-moving products. If a product qualifies for this faster delivery, you will see the following special notice clearly displayed at the very top of its product description:

Note: All timelines include our 1–3 business days order processing and packing time. These are estimated delivery times. During peak seasons (like Q4/Christmas) or due to unexpected carrier delays, shipping may take a few extra days.
Once your package has been shipped, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website through our "Track Your Order" page. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Everycarto is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Most small orders to the UK typically do not incur extra customs charges.
5. Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply to send it again.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@everycarto.shop with clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging. If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a free replacement or resolution for you.
